    Need some feedback, guys.

Some time ago I created my own version of the milliondollarhomepage.com, but with a twist...

    http://www.funnysells.com/

I am offering cartoon advertising services to everyone who buys ad space on the front page.

So basically, I am giving an actual product that can be used in an ad campaign (print, web, etc.), not just a link on a web page...It is not a "get rich" scheme, rather another way to advertise my own services.

So what do you think? Good, bad or ugly?

If good, how can I attract more traffic?

Cute concept, I like the animated characters. However, at $1.00 per pixel for a site that doesn't appear to receive much traffic, that might be a litte bit much.

Either way though, great idea! I wish you the best of luck.

True. The site does not have a lot of traffic right now, so I accept any marketing ideas too. I have not advertised it in any way yet.

However, the price is not just for exposure on the site -- it is for the cartoon ad product each client will receive.

Thanks for the good words! More feedback please :)

    1) Congrats on the sales thus far.

    2) Personally, I find the text on the pixel space to be fairly hard to read - it's a little too light.

    3) Good choice to display the cartoons you created when you hover over the images. However, this is not readily apparent. How about adding text that suggests we hover? It may not be necessary in the future, but I think it would be a smart add. "To see examples, hover over any of the filled spaces below." - or whatever a wordsmith tells you.

    Good idea, by the way.

With all of the recent news of the million dollar home page, I sincerely wish you the best of luck. Heck, I may have to buy a piece of Internet history from your site. Better not wait until the last 1,000 pixels go for $150,000+ on ebay. HA!

I like the design a lot. The google adsense at the top of the home page blends in perfectly. Good luck with your sales.

I think the site looks ok, you can build traffic through social bookmarking sites, directory submissions,
    and article distribution, good luck.
