Why would he campaign in a winner-takes-all-delegates primary? It doesnt make sense. I wouldnt either.

There's no way Huckabee or Ron couldve won a state like florida, theres no point in wasting money and not getting any delegates, He campaigns in states that give delegates proportionally, so that at the convention he will have a say.
