    Hi guys,

    I wanna let go to this site http://www.funnycorner.net/ . As u can see is a strong site with a very good rank in google.

    Im oscillating amoung 7-8 place on first place on google with the following term: "funny pictures"

    The site has alot potential and im not willing to let it go for few money. With a bit more work u can increase the rankings.

    The site is coded by me (since i own a web development company) and is custom coded with backend and all

    is there a typo for the bin perhaps it is $2,100 instead of $21,000 ...

    no, there is no typo, 21K is the BIN price, and this is an auction. With some seo on it u can outrank many sites from the front page and the revenues will rise exponentially
