Selling Funny Niche Premium Domain PR 2 15.000 page views/month

Hello,

I am selling my funny blog since i need money to develop a new project in the betting industry (wich you know its expensive)

The domain name is premium: drunk-people.com (PR 2)

It ranks on position 1/2 on google.com for the search drunk people.

It has a custom design logo for wich i payed 120$.

On yahoo it has 700 backlinks ( the reason that it ranks so well in searches is that it has premium backlinks from edu sites and the guardian.co.uk tabloid)

All the content is generated manualy (i have uploaded all pictues and wrotte all the comments)

These are the traffic sources:
14.93% Direct Traffic 15.05% Referring Sites 70.02% Search Engines

The website generates more than 15.000 pagevews/month with 70% organic traffic.

I haven't run ads and stuff like that but the niche is very well paid since AdSense detects alcohool subject and most of the ads are served about adiction.

The website has a huge potential powered by the great domain too, it already ranks on the main keyword, there is done internal SEO for the keyword drunk girls all you need are just backlinks to have 2 good keywords ranking high.

Payment is done by PayPal or Western Union.

Are the photos reader submitted? Would want to insure that there are no copyright issues with the content.
