    hahaha, he told me off via PM for offering $50 and refered me to a link where it says his site is worth $22,000+ -- I think if someone does not say a price range they are likely to get low offers :)

    And those price estimates from smartpagerank, etc are garbage, they dont work all the time... A site that I made a week ago is worth $2k+.. If I could get that for those kind of sites then I would be rich.
