    i am going to sell my Niche based Website which is on Cats and its growing day by day. The site is developed 2 months ago and going very good.

    Google Indexed pages: 709
    ALEXA: 324000

    FACEBOOK fANS: 2600 ( ALL ARE TARGETED AND GROWING WITH THE TIME)
    GOOGLE +1 : 263 ( TARGETED AND GROWING DAILLY)


    REVENUE: i have not monatized yet waiitng for adsense but Guy who know how to get Affliate sales can get good and in future he can make more out of it..

    STATS: As the traffic is bit low from google but have targeted social traffic from stumble, 2leep and other ( growing with time)...


    SEO OPTIMIZED:

    On PAGE: the site is well on page optimized (google webmaster verified,title description and keywords are researched)

    Off Page OPT: did social media marketing ,directory subs and other
