Good blog. But i think it should be more vibrant and colourful [Not gaudy though]. Something that implies fun and happiness

To be honest, I liked the theme, as I hate sites which take away from the content with too mush flashiness.

My intentions with this site are twofold really:

1) To generate a little affiliate/adsense revenue
2) To grow traffic, and be able to send some along to other sites when I launch them etc.

Any other ideas as to what I could be doing with this site? All comments appreciated.

 

Ok, the traffic figures on this blog have gone through the roof over the past few days: Fri 18/07 10,000 Unique visitors, Sat 19/07 17500 Uniques, Sun 20/07 4500 Uniques, Today 5500 Uniques so far.

So, I have been adding to it most evenings this week, but the traffic is still way higher than I expected.

Has anyone any pointers on how best to monetise this? I have added some Google adsense, to see if it generates any revenue, in addition to the Affiliate links which are dotted throughout it.
