Funnel Visualization - Entrances & Exits for new sessions

    Hi Guys

    If someone is in the middle of the sales funnel when their session ends. When they return a new session will begin and they will still be in the middle of the sales funnel. As entrances and exists generally equal out I was wondering how GA assigns the entrance.

    My logic would be as follows - what do you think? Thanks

    Home (unique pageview created)
    Funnel Step 1 (entrance shown as coming from Home)
    Funnel Step 2 - Session ends at step 2 (Exit show as Step 2)
    Funnel Step 2 - Session restarts at step 2 (unique pageview created, Entrance shown as coming from "(entrance)" )
