    Yes they pay. They pay a maximum of $0.01 per click depending on the country. Some countries only earn you impressions I think. Minimum payout is $5 though.

    They are mainly a free arcade banner exchange. But they offer a paid option too.

    I think its also a way to bring in new visitors to your site and not have to pay out for that traffic... much like a topsite would do (which does not pay you anything)

    It's just an arcade 100x100 banner exchange. It then has the option so that instead of getting traffic back for your traffic that you give them, you can get paid for it instead. Although it's not much earnings, people will still like it and will go for it when it comes to an arcade.

    I wouldn't want to waste my traffic on it, but the people that take part in GPT type programs are more likely to use this as well as I would think some of these people would have arcades as well.
