Funds Still Not Recived,withdrawl via Visa Credit/Debit Card

Hi. recently On march 8th 2011 i had requested a withdrawal of $326 from my ALERTPAY account through my Visa Debit card and the status showed Completed on March 11th. but as of march 19th 2011. i still have not gotten the payment in to my visa debit card. Does it take Longer than 7 days? when i ask my Corporation Bank it says it has got no payment from anyone. they don't even know how the transaction works when ALERTPAY send funds to Visa credit/debit card.

can anyone please tell me where i should contact?. as this happened to anyone? will i get my payment? how long i need to wait.

I think for sure you need to contact alertpay people.

also is this first time for you've recieved your funds earlier and only this time you are facing a problem.

 

actually this is the first time i am withdrawing from ALERTPAY

and yes i have contacted alertpay and they said i need to contact my credit card issuer and they need to contact visa.

 

That is way I never use alertpay it takes lots of time in all type of transaction.

 

so you mean to say that i will get my funds but it will take lot of time. how many days do you think it may take?

 

I don't know about AlertPay, but with Paypal money get on the debit card in 6-7 days, even though it says you should get them in 2-3 days. Hopefully, the money will arrive eventually. Is this your first withdrawal?

i had one more question to ask. if for some reason i dont get the money. will alertpay refund our money back to the Alertpay account

 

Yes, If your payment fails to reach you , your transaction will be reversed to your alertpay account.

Normally a credit card withdrawal request takes 2-4 business days to complete on our end and then may take an extra 1-2 days for the card issuer to post these funds to your credit card.

Once the transaction shows as “Completed” in your AlertPay account the funds have left AlertPay and our part of the transaction is finished. If your funds still do not appear on your credit card after several days, the card issuer may be delayed in posting the amount to your card. In these cases we ask you to please contact the card issuer for more information. There are some types of credit cards that do not support credit card withdrawals, if this is the case then the funds will be unable to reach the card.

If you are unable to receive funds to your credit card (don't worry), we will return the money to your AlertPay account.
