its actually by a site but the rates are bad now,

ive done transfer to them before. once last month, it was 1usd from my mastercard for 1usd LR, how good is that? now the rates are terrible... 1 usd mastercard is 0.965usd LR, why would i recommend a thing i dont use myself?
