funding cashu account with ukash voucher

Hi
Over the last few days ive been having problems adding funds into my cashu account using ukash vouchers. Everytime i try to add funds, it comes up with a general error message. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem??

i've tried so many times, they dont bother to reply. so i thought others maybe having the same problem

 

Hmm.. try to call maybe they just have so many emails to reply.

 

cant seem to find a telephone number for them (cashu)

 

divine are u having the same problem with the ukash vouchers? or have u not tried that??

this is causing so much trouble for me financially.
