functions are not working

    i got a code writen in ASP that is actully a bussines directory where companies can make there profile but only help file works data base is in MS Access when i click on add record it shows code line only even with all pages
    please check this and help that where is the mistake/error

    Not sure what this is "<!-- InstanceBegin template="/Templates/news.dwt.asp" codeOutsideHTMLIsLocked="false" -->" - I'm thinking its a dreamweaver template but... for starters, I would exchange these with real ssi includes.
