Selling Function Room site for sale

Hi,

Im looking for a quick sale on this site as im clearing out my websites now. Ive decided to concentrate on my main career.

Ive put a BIN of $100 but ill accept a reasonable offer. Most of the entries on the site are from individuals who own their own venue. Someone from a very large company also added a couple of their venues on so their contact details would come with the site also.

With some work on the site there is no reason why you couldnt get other venues to add their own listing.

The site did rank well for "function room in (city name here)" for 3 major cities in the UK, it also ranked quite well for a couple of towns (as in page 1 or 2).

I have no idea where it ranks now as this site has been left for a year pretty much.

As i said im looking to sell quick so any decent offer and ill probably accept it straight away.

Also the script is custom made, it has a back end system for administrators and for people to register and add their own listing. The script cost around $200 alone.
