Function not returning value!!

I'm running the studiopress magazine theme and have a problem with tumbnails.

Actually the thing is, the thumbnail is automatically generated by the timthumb plugin which resizes the image depending on the location of the thumbnail.

If you see properly, in the bottm left featured category, sdf is displayed twice which means the first one is an image which is not generated properly.

I came to know this after i saw the porperties of the image.the source is specified correctly.

Anyone who has worked with studiopress themses /this kind of situation before, please help me out.

thanks for your replies guys....i figured it out.. the problem was with the way i used the value for custom field...the link to the image shouldnt have contained the http: trail
