    i have this error in a website and i cant find the solution for it :

    p.s. safe_mode is off

    any help would be GREAT :)

    If safe_mode is already off then try clearing open_basedir.

    Check phpinfo(); then look for open_basedir it should have no values. Are you on shared hosting or do you have access to config files?
