FUNC - Flash of Unformatted Content issue

    Hi,
    My site is http://www.21stsoft.com. On page load there is a flash of unformatted content (FOUC) and I can't trace it down. Most of the time it is on initial page load of the home page, but sometimes you can see it after the page is cached.

    Any ideas to remove this problem?

    Do you want it to like.. just show nothing until the CSS loads completely?

    Ideally it will load as quick as the first content that shows up, but if I can't get it to do that then waiting until it shows correctly works for me.
