I was checking out some simple tools that were on the web and I came across this one. http://www.myimageeditor.com/Editor/editor.php I was surprised because it could actually do some decent image editing. It was made by this company called Easy Web Content http://www.easywebcontent.com/products/image_editor/ Just wanted to let you all know and enjoy the free tool!
I never visit this free online image editor site before. Its really look so professional , like adobe photohop interference .

I've been using the tool for awhile and editing my website with the editor on the main page too. Cool stuff
