I am looking for a logo for our new music ripping website. You can see the name of the site (URL) as well as our slogan below.



The size of the logo is optional, you can look at the site listed above and you will see that the logo will go in the upper right area of the site in place of the current text, so there is plenty of room to work with.

We are looking for a fun logo that uses the green / gray / black look of the site and encompasses our slogan listed above.

@carnage0021 - Thanks for the entry. I like your look / style and color scheme, but it is really hard for me to make out what the "logo" is. Can you make the letter S and R two seperate letters so that they are easier to see, or can you change the look of it so that if it is only one letter it is easier to discern both the S and the R? Thanks!

@ earnbyblog - please look at the text that everyone, except logo pro, used, they all got it right.

@ kmamaji - your entry looks good. However, the color scheme is a bit off as the green you are using does not match the site. Also, the text is very hard to see/read

@jhaye - your logo looks like it is made for iTunes / apple, which is essentially a competitor and this will not work on our site.

@logopro - This style looks a bit too retro for me. It is nice for some sites, but for our site, which is a bit more web 2.0 it will not work.

@ghosthost - Thank you for your entry, it is quite creative, however, I find that it is just a bit too difficult to read. This is mostly due to how long our domain name is and not your fault, but not ideal for us.

@finalstraw - I like #1 with the tag line however, I would prefer if the tag line was a bold / black so it is easier to see and it would be ideal if the green colored text and arrow were just slightly darker green as well, not much but a bit so that it was easier to see as well.

 

Thanks for your feedback. Text & arrow changed to a slightly darker shade of green and here are two color options options for the tagline.

I could make the tagline appear even more bold if you want.

@finalstraw - Thanks for the revision. I have the following final thoughts. Please add the dash between spotify and ripper. Also, I like the darker tag line in option 2 along with the darker text found in option 1. So please move the tag from 2 to the logo area of option 1 so that it is all dark. Lastly, in the tag the word ripper should be Rippers (with an s on the end)
