Buying Fully set up blog with adsense potential + plugins

I've just started a blog a week ago.
It's called "The Mans Page" this is an aged domain.( over 10 years old)
It;s just been started will be finished with the design by next week!
I've done a lot of SEO on it so far, it dosent look great yet.
It's got 2,500 pages indexed in googlealready getting visitor's.
It is going along the same lines as the smoking jacket, but not there yet.

If you want it like it is transfered to your host $500 if you want it finished $900.
I don't really care if i sell it, as it was going to be my project fro the nex month, but thta changes all the time.
