    Well, I didn't it put there for someone to review it. I just found it...I have no clue who site owner is. I never seen site like this before (.jpg instead of <code>).

    Webmasters presume that all websites are there to get as much traffic as possible and make money. What if that guy just made himself a personal page he wants to show to his friends? He might not care about SEO so why bother with all the coding if you can just design the whole thing in fireworks...
