    I have made many tech blogs previously and sold them. I have made this blog 1 and a half month ago and written posts of my interest and made good link building and bought a page rank3 and page rank 1 links and have build many links.
    Now it is getting decent google traffic. Now getting less traffic from google because the blog is cached on 4th april and at that time only 4 posts are there but at present there ar 10 posts which are all above 400 words.

    I have submitted this blog to some directories but to talk about i will mention only two blogcatalog and blogtoplist.

    Surely at present i am not getting traffic from blogtoplist but in future in next days traffic will come to my tech blog.

    i have got least traffic from yahoo (4), aol (1), live (1) .

    If you want like that, just do not make an auction of this site. You must disclose all the rule at your first thread buddy, not tell us that you do not want to sell this site at specific price after a lot of response/bids. Thats really bad practice on doing business here. You wasted our time :(
