Fully Established "Branded" Site For Sale - Must See!

Over the past 8 Months, we have worked very hard to build
up a weekly offering via a "Branded" website.

I am now offering this site - www.Monday-Madness.com -
for sale at a "ridiculously low" price.

This site includes the domain name (PR1), the script
that runs it, 748 members, all products from the members
area including everything that we have sold and everything
that has been used as an OTO over the past year.

This is set up for new members to be able to purchase
former products in the members area at any time. There
are over 100 total products in the Monday Madness members
area.

It is also listed in the "20 ways to $100 a Day" book that
we wrote with Internet Marketer Willie Crawford and Associates
as one of the methods that is in our business model to achieve
the $100 per day figure (the site does not generate that by itself
yet, but very well could with just a small amount of work).
It also includes a year of hosting to give the person plenty
of time to move stuff to their own server.

The script that runs Monday Madness was created by
Programmer Greg Lloyd.

We have run 28 Monday Madness sales in the past
8 months , and have made $6,788.40 in Total Sales.
This is only our personal sales and does not include
affiliate sales.

The price on Monday Madness started out at $5. Recently
we raised the price on some packages to $7.

One thing that could have brought in a bigger income
would have been to raise the price over a period of
time like most weekly sales. We chose not to do this
although the script is capable of that.

The script itself handles the list and you mail directly
from the site.

The $6,788.40 is gross - product costs have not been
taken from that, although my total costs have been
less than 1% of the profits. I get almost all of my
products through one membership site that I believe
costs $47 per month now. I got in it when it was just
launching and got an AWESOME deal on it. My monthly
fees are substantially less.

I will share this site with whoever purchases Monday
Madness if they would like to know (or anyone else for
that matter...they offer an affiliate program. Just
email me) so that the buyer will have a great source of
products to grow the site with.

I have never had anyone ask to sell their own products
through Monday Madness. In fact, I probably should
have advertised the opportunity to do so, but I just
never thought about it until recently. I can imagine
that product creators (especially those who just like
to create and not handle the marketing) would love the
opportunity to sell their products in this manner, like
in the "$7 Secrets" type format.

Now, for the affiliates...

Everyone who purchases Monday Madness is automatically
a customer and an affiliate with their own link that
they can use to promote for 100% instant commission. This
leads to extra OTO sales as you can imagine.

You can have "non-customers" that you choose to allow
to sign up without purchasing anything and there is a
setting that allows you to change their profile to JV
Partner. This allows them to promote for 100%
commission but doesn't give them access to download
any products. Of course, there is a way to allocate
products to them as well.

If you are already in the IM Niche and already have a
list, or if you are trying to break into the IM Niche,
then Monday Madness would be an awesome money maker for
the right person.

I know you are probably wondering why I am selling this
site if I think it is so great.

To tell you the truth I simply don't have the time to
keep the site running in the manner it should be done.

Not only do I have my hands full in my everyday life, but
I am branching out into other niches which has taken away
from the time I have to dedicate to a weekly sale.

My customers expect me to keep this site up and I don't
want to let them down.

Our asking price is ONLY $8,000. (We would be willing to
negotiate that price for the right person.) At $8,000 it
is a STEAL considering that most people suggest asking
2 to 3 times annual revenues when selling a website, which
would make the suggested asking price from $13,500 to well
over $20,000. As you can see; we are really under-pricing
this to offer an EXCEPTIONAL value to our buyer.
