Hey, I have been working on a Tupac Shakur fansite for about 4 years. I had to take it down a few months ago because I couldn't maintain it and pay for hosting. I have revived it recently though and it is receiving a good amount of hits for being back up. I have sent out an email to all my members and some have come back :)

It comes with an owned vBulletin license which expires Oct 09th '07.

Stats: www.osiriscontent.com/stats.htm (remember the site has only been back up for about a month)

I do not have any kinds of ads on the site, but I'm sure with stats like that it has quite a bit of potential.

The name "Tupacaveli" is very unique and widely known amongst Tupac fans. In the last few months of his life he re-named him rapping name to Makaveli. So the domain name is a mixture of Tupac and Makaveli.

It is WIDELY known in the Tupac community. Tupac was a HUGE rapper in the 90's until he was gunned down in 1996. He has released over 10 posthumous albums since his untimely death. If you would like to know more you can Google the term: Tupac, or 2pac.

I am currently writing fresh content to educate people about Tupac.

So basically how much do you all think this could go for? :)

All depends on rev that you make. You have no ads, so that makes a little tuff to get more out of the site. The traffic/user base now could get you mid $xxx, but with ads/rev, you could get more.

Yeah, I've never really used ads or anything on the site. That's my choice though, I honestly think it could make quite a bit of money. It also has a PR of 3 which doesn't really mean anything.
