    Only Riddles
Riddles site with GREAT use of AJAX. Fully custom design and extensive PHP coding, nice domain name, traffic is 30-50 uniques/day, and I usually get 1-2 clicks on adsense per day.
    Offers Above: $300

    Fact Lib
Over 1500 interesting facts on all topics. Currently gets 150-300 uniques/day, fully custom design and PHP coding (using AJAX). Includes various tools such as a way to display the facts on other people's websites (http://factlib.com/index.php?act=add) as well as an RSS feed (http://factlib.com/feed.rss) and a Daily fact e-mail using cronjobs to send a daily e-mail of facts to everybody on the mailing list. We currently have about 20 people signed up. (http://factlib.com/index.php?act=email)
    Current offer: $500

    Population Clock
This is a fully automated site that updates multiple times/day. It grabs the estimated population statistics for the US and the World from the U.S. census. The design is custom and the domain is pretty nice, just throw some ads on and promote the site. It requires no maintenence what so ever.
    BIN: $75

Only Riddles is great, great use of AJAX too.
What sort of CPC rates are you getting. Totals per month?

cianuro: Tough to say, anywhere between $0.20 to $0.50 per click. Since I put the ads on just over a week ago I've made $2.

not sure if you need AJAX exactly, if you just use DHTML there wouldn't be a wait to load the answer.

digital: Yeah, I thought somebody would bring this up. The reason I did this is because whenever you click the Answer button, it checks if you've seen the answer already. If you haven't, it increases the "views" of that riddle (for the Top Riddles area on the left) and places a cookie on your computer. Then, whenever you see that riddle again, a little green checkmark is there telling you that you've already seen it. If I didn't use this method, you wouldn't be able to track how many views each riddle has received. Thanks for your input though.

I'm sorry cianuro, although you didn't even bid on it.

I still have other sites for sale, please check them out and let me know if you are interested.

FactLib is now off the market. Way too much traffic for me to sell without regretting it.

Update: new BIN price set for PopClock - $50. The traffic of this site is doing great -- steadily increasing.
