Hey, I'm currently using Adsense to try to pay for my hosting and some extra money for my work on my site (www.flashindustries.com), however, like many people, I earn hardly anything. My site gets around 400 unique a day and around 5000 page impressions a day but mostly zero clicks. I'm not surprised by this because my website's audience is Photoshop and Flash users who are quite experience with the internet and aren't fooled by ads. I was wondering if there was any way I could blend an ad into a certain spot. The spot I want to put it is here: What it looks like now: How I want it to look (photoshopped): I have seen ads blended very well on site such as pixel2life.com where they were blended into the tutorial listings very well. I've tried editing google adsense, but they don't offer enough customization. Is there an alternative to adsense that will allow me to do this?
you need to blend you ads with content , look at using different ad formats , check with different url colours based on your content...the trick is no to make adsense look like ads to the user...use text ads more than image ads
Well, I've tried many different colors and have placed the ad in different places. No luck because my visitors can recognize the ads very easily. Any suggestions to a company that will allow me to customize the way I showed in my post?
