    I am selling my fully Automated Mobile Review Video Site

    It posts latest mobile reviews and previews videos automatically on the site. Its a brand new website but was indexed the very first day it was launched. Currently it has around 7000+ videos indexed in Google.com

    Since its a new website so there is no traffic and revenue.

    Are you using a custom scraper script and if not - do you have the license to provide it with the site? Additionally, if it comes with the site - can I use it to build similar sites using that license?

    "site is new" no it's not it was founded November.. first videos added December? So in the past year what has the traffic been like and revenue? Since you claim it was immediately indexed in Google you should have some stats for this.
