    Today i am selling my game download site

    You can download all the latest games from this site.
    Site is made on wordpress and had very high customize theme.
    Site is Fully automated in posting the latest games from around the internet. SO you dont have to put any time in posting the content. Just market the site and earn the revenue.

    Traffic: traffic comes from search engine and submitting game links to other other download site. It takes around 5-10 mins daily to maintain the site and drive the traffic to it.

    Does this link to torrents? Are the games hosted by the site? I didn't seem to find any download links.

    Is it just an index of releases?

    Yeah i made the correction. Actually the dead links are removed from the post so there might be some posts whose links are not there. Rest of them are working.

    Yes it is transferable. It pulls the posts via feeds from other sites providing download link.
    Everything is included in the package.

    Through different ad networks and pop unders
    Selling banner and links too.

    Adsense does not allow sites which provide provide links, so i would say no you cant

    I haven't monetize the site. But you can use CPA or any ad network to monetize it.
