all of these sites are scams...in that the quality of the traffic is very low and it's basically worthless they wouldnt be selling traffic so cheaply if it had any value
Not all of them, but to pay more than $0.1 per CPM is not worth and not many of them offer such a price..

I have many websites, so I tried several of those companies or websites to generate traffic, and all of them were scam, but when I tried fulltraffic.net my statistics were really boosted, real visitors and some conversions too! even I didn't got targeted campaigns... just global ones... I tried other services they provide for search engine marketing... like PPC and now I am using them to get my PPC's... don't know why, but they get a lot more conversions that I was getting using the PPC by my own... Cheers!
This traffic is of low quaility, if you really want to have your CPA offers convert then use PPC or buy banner space on a related site. Don't use this type of site in the end they are a waste of money.
a lot of these types of sites are just bots, which will not be of any use as they arent real web surfers.

fulltraffic.net is full cheating I had bitter experience with these guys. They are Genuine Cheaters . They just eat your money with out sending a single visitor to your site. Do not pay anything to these cheaters. They simply say that they delivered all the traffic in one day and ask you to pay more. Never ever subscribe to fulltraffic Paul

i bought from them 5000 furniture target traffic for 65 bucks, results: got all of them in 1 day, boost my Alexa traffic like crazy, no sales, waste my money. customer service zero. Don't waste your money, unless you want your alexa traffic looks good.
Although you need to buy traffic, advertise, in order to be successful out there, I'm afraid this site isn't the one to go with. Their prices are too low. That's a red flag to walk the other way. It should be more like, say, for an example, 8 cents a click. There has to be enough money to split between these kind of services and for the webmasters who will carry your ad(s). How can this be done at $64.95 for 5,000 visitors? Make sense? For 5,000 visitors, we are talking, probably, more than $400. Advertising is not cheap! There are legitimate services to buy traffic from, but why can't you do all of this yourself, and cut out the middle man? Just create some good ads, get them critiqued, and then start contacting webmasters yourself.
It's best to go with SEO though it takes a few months to get going. You can get a few thousand visitors for free fairly quickly. Using bad traffic to boost up your Alexa score is unethical. It's like using steroids for bodybuilding. Basically it's lying. You could falsely advertise that your traffic is huge to potential ad partners and that's bad. However, Adwords is nearly as big a waste of money for many people.
for the last person reg. Adwods is a big waste of money. Yes and now, if you dont' know how to use it. I switched to match keywords, from furniture to [furniture] and so on. i am spending 50% less money per day and getting better CTR . why? because, i am getting only people who interesting in what i am offering and not just broad interest. Stop getting stupid phone calls unrelated to my business and etc. Google has great ideas and tools, just learn them on youtube, or check they educational video , how to use adwords and setup adwords. there is plenty to learn
don't bother with those websites they are no good there many other ways you can generate traffic. web 2.0 articles video solo ads press releases ppc this is just some of the many ways to get traffic don't bother with those sites, you will be throwing away your money.
