    I am selling this site because I don't have the time or energy to put into it and I'm not thrilled about the subject matter. For the right person, this blog could be a real big money maker. It runs on Wordpress and all of the content is rewritten PLR; the rewriting was done by me.

    I put $0 in the monthly revenue because the site is not making a lot of money, but it is making something, but it's extremely small.
