How noble of you not to expect the penny per word rate you're offering to be discounted even lower.

Now, about the full time position....if you were to hire a US writer who expected to earn at least minimum wage from this gig, being a 'full time' one - they would have to produce, roughly, (13) 500 word pieces per 8 hour day in order to earn the day's pay at minimum wage.

I'm assuming you meant a 40 hour week. Kindly confirm. Please and thank you.
