I am looking to hire a webmaster on a full time basis to help manage general webmaster duties for my portfolio of 100+ sites. The day to day duties will include setting new sites/landing pages up, editing PSD's, data entry, tweaking PHP/HTML/CSS, Setting PPC campigns up (training will be given here) and handling SEO projects. I’ve been making a full time living online for 7 years now, so this is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn the back bone to a profitable internet empire. The hours will be 40 hours per week, with no set time schedules. If you prefer to work through the night over the day-time that is cool with me – as long as you get the work done. It doesn’t need to be excellent, but I do prefer to work with people that share the same eye for design as I have. 2) Show me a site you have coded yourself. 3) As 90% of my sites run on Wordpress, I need someone who is familiar with the WP platform. Tell me about your WP experiences. 4) If you have a blog or Twitter account - send these over as well. 5) I only use GTalk/GMail for chat, so in order to discuss further, send over your gmail addy. If you don’t have one, set one up! 6) Expected monthly salary. Small tests will be given to candidates that I’m interested in to evaluate experience and skill sets.
