As I said above, it is less than minimum wage in some countries. But not in most of them. For example, in Indian Rupees it is around Rs 19000/month which is the average starting salary for full time IT engineers. Also, this is a work-from-home opportunity, so I guess you are free to work elsewhere during the rest of the day. It is a good & probably a fun opportunity for someone in a developing country.
