Full-Time Virtual Assistant for Online Executive

    Busy advertising executive & online marketer is looking for a virtual assistant to help with the following tasks:

    1) Writing copy for websites and emails
    2) Managing Word press websites (HTML knowledge helpful, but not necessary; can learn on the job)
    3) Preparing client communications as instructed
    4) Preparing spreadsheets for timelines and other assorted administrative tasks
    5) Scheduling appointments and following-up with sales calls/emails in a timely manner
    6) Other administrative and marketing tasks as requested

    REQUIREMENTS:
    - College degree or equivalent experience a must!
    - Familiar with SEO processes and SEM marketing
    - Understand and know that the term "CPA marketing" means
    - Understand sales and marketing (you will be "selling" and representing my agency)
    - VERY detail and task-oriented (you will be managing your own deadlines and mine!)
    - Must speak / write very good English
    - Comfortable using SKYPE video conferencing
    - Available Full-time (minimum of 40 hours per week)
