The UK Auto Blog Network that consists of 20 blogs covering various different niches in the Auto industry is currently hiring a full time blogger based in the UK. We're looking for an auto fan who is very knowledgeable about the industry/models and who is (ideally) already attending auto shows. Looking for an upbeat and enticing writing style that will appeal to a broad base of readers. Looking for someone willing to network heavily to get insider news (call for interviews, seek out contacts for images, exclusives). The blogs will require up-to-date news, reviews, new model news and personal opinion. Each blog will require around at least one update per day as well as promotion, telephone work gathering exclusives, and on-site community building. This position is not for someone that wants an easy job, more for someone that excels in high paced environments that working with a start up entails. Knowledge of Wordpress, SEO and interviewing a plus. Knowledge of image editing (resizing, etc) and basic HTML editing a requirement. This is a full time paid position with commission structure from advertising revenue and shares of the company will be rewarded annually based on performance. The better the content, the more readers we'll attract, the higher your pay will be due to ad rates and a possible sell out 3 to 4 years down the line.
