Full time Programmer/Designer needed for web hosting company.

I need a PHP programmer with some design skills to work full time improving my web hosting company website and web hosting billing and client area systems.

- We are using WHMCS for the client area and the hosting company website is Joomla
- We use Paypal and 2Checkout as the payment processor

I need someone to work on the site on a full time basis (160 hours per month) Your tasks will be:

- fixing issues with WHMCS the website as they arise
- continually expand on the knowledgebase
- continually work on the website to keep it competitive
- give creative suggestions on the design of the hosting site (we are about to do a branding change)
- improve the usability of the site
- do some link building and promotion
- work with my SEO specialist, and company manager to optimize the functioning of the site

We do not need server admin help, so you so not need command line skills.

You DO need:

- mid level PHP development skills (you must know how to code fairly well in PHP)
- to have some design skills
- to be self motivated
- to be able to problem solve
- to be GREAT at usability analysis
- be able to work with a team

A you can see, the ideal candidate will have a wide range of skills. Your task will be to make sure that our hosting company website and web systems are at the cutting edge of our industry.

Compensation: $1400 USD per month to start. I am also willing to do some profit sharing, for the right candidate.
