English is not our first language, but all our staff can communicate english fluently so no problem with that. On the job description article writing is not part of it so I guess English proficiency is required, as long as they understand what the instruction are and they can communicate to our customers. And I guarantee that they are all well trained to do the job I've mentioned. They provide report at the end of the day.

If you want to use BFSEO and you're member of peter drew BFSEO I suggest that you will use Peter Drew outsourcing link. I don't want to have conflict of interest with the owner of BFSEO. They will then forward to us the job and we use the BFSEO strategy then. In our own strategy, all stated above are included, with out using BFSEO software. Regarding your first question, As I mentioned in my OP writing and rewriting articles, designing, and coding are not part of the contract job. We will assist you to create your promotion we will suggest strategies and we follow also your instruction on how would you like us to promote your site.
Thank you for your reply. It seems like you have all the skills (except for writing) and you also have BFSEO to do the work for you but I don't understand why you wouldn't like to work for me. Peter does allow all BFSEO members to do anything they want for whoever they want with it, unlimited. (I know because I was a member. Now I need that work outsourced.) But that's ok, I will continue my search for a service provider to do everything you say you do. Let me know if you have any recommendations.
