    My web development company specializes in Open Source CMS development and SEO. We have many high profile clients. We are looking for a full time Joomla/Drupal/Wordpress PHP expert to join our team.

    MUST HAVES:

    1. Excellent spoken and written English skills
    2. Ability to work remotely and with teams
    3. Ability to be online and working at 8AM - 11:30 AM Pacific Standard time (We need you to be available during some of our work period in our time zone)
    4. A minimum of 4 years experience coding in PHP and be VERY GOOD AT IT. You must be a fully qualified Object Oriented programmer
    5. A minimum of 4 years experience working with Joomla
    6. MUST be self motivated and self directed. You must be able to take the initiative
    7. Ability to use an SVN structure
    8. Some Drupal experience
    9. Some Wordpress experience

    BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

    1. A strong understanding of SEO and SEO principles
    2. Experience with mobile app and template development.

    Your duties will include:

    1. Joomla/Drupal/Wordpress website development
    2. Making Joomla templates and Wordpress and Drupal themes from PSD files
    3. Entering content into websites
    4. Testing and troubleshooting websites

    You will be working in a team environment with designers and coders working remotely in different areas. You will have a project manager and be in communication with the other team members.

    Compensation:

    Your monthly wage will work out to be about $2400 USD per month (assuming 160 hours). Some of the work will be paid at an hourly rate of 15$ per hour but for some tasks you will be required to quote an hourly amount. For example, if we give you a set of PSDs for a Joomla template, we will expect you to give an hourly quote on creating the Joomla template.

    It is expected that we will be your only employer. This is a full time position
