How can u get both skill good from one person.

if u need good designer , maybe he will know good html, css, and some jquery. Because he is a graphic designer.

and maximum programmer didn't know graphic design good.

If u need full time VA for hire. so u will hire part time mean 4hr designer, and 4hr programmer.

 

if you can accomdate 2 person a designer and a programmer full time whin my budget... Monthly salary laso will work for me
