    it would be preferred, if he/she can work in our premises full time ( chandigarh)

    He/she will be paid a full time salary for that.

    Let us know if you can write consistent articles with good quality ( we will be willing to help you improve article writing as well.)

    Nice thread but my friend how would the writers have faith, if work remotely, the salary will be paid at the end of the month. Is there any platform in between like seoclerk or other who takes guarantee of payment as well as work in a deal of buyer and seller.

    Salary wouldn't be good , maybe you want to pay per content that way both sides would be happy.

    thats why i wrote - on premises preferred.

    in case of virtual, payment will be steady ( bi weekly/weekly ) etc etc

    also, i dont' require a candidate with payment per content for this one.

    The premises part may work good for you, but I don't know how you will handle virtual writers. Anyway, lets wait for more replies. By the way, I write on Hunffington Post too.
