I represent a company looking for one full time web developer. Just to make this post very clear we want to outsource work to India or another country with comparable industry rates. I will accept a fresher as long as you have some experience outside of college working on live projects. We work on high profile e-commerce sites as well as simple wordpress sites, so there will be a lot of variety of work to do.

Job pay is negotiable but absolutely no higher than 40,000 rupees per month, and this rate would need to be for someone with 3-5+ years of experience. I am looking to deal with ONE individual and not a company, please do not PM me if you are a company that outsources employees, you will be ignored.

    Job Requirements:
    Strong Php/mysql
    Strong xhtml/jscript
    Payment processing API's
Strong opensource ( magento, joomla, wordpress ).
Strong command of the english language

Work will be done remotely and we will use a project management system to keep track of hours and projects. You must be very hard working and independent with good work ethic. I will pay weekly by the method of your choice.
If you have strong design skills alongside excellent programming skills you are highly encouraged to apply.

Please PM me a link to your resume ( cv ), or post skills and portfolio directly in PM.

Thank you for reading. I am looking to make a final decision on employee within three days.
