Very interesting. Love your idea of giving importance to content. You will have to change one big thing if you really want to succeed in directory. You will have to give direct link to people's website. I can see that your directory uses a redirection to website owner's link. No body will submit a link to your directory for the sake of submitting. They submit to get search engine benefits, which is why you need to give them a link back from the title they have asked for. Otherwise it is difficult for you to succeed.
I'm not through you are referring too. In the full page display the person can have two to three direct anchor text links to their site. As far as I know the visit website button also goes directly to their site, but i'll check it out to be sure. Thanks for your response. I do want this to be a great directory.
