I'm working on creating a URL-shortening service, similar to adf.ly. I would like to have a page that displays a full page ad with a bar at the top saying "Continue to Site". Where can I find such an ad provider? I would like to sell the space myself, but need an ad provider to get started. Thanks.
I don't know of a service that does that, but I have a suggestion. You may want to think twice before trying something like that. It can be a huge turn off to your visitors and may eventually kill your traffic. I'd rather try something like a pop under or slide-in ads. I believe bidvertiser offers both.
