FULL Myspace resource site for sale.

This site has been around almost 1 year. (October it will be 1 year).
Alot of time, work, and money has been put into this site.

I really don't want to sell this site, as I really do love it. But, I need money really bad right now. So, I pretty much have no choice.

Hosting included for life of the site. (I own a reseller, i've had this reseller 2 yrs so far)
Stats: Get's around 500-600 unique hits daily.
This site uses a paid for turnkey, with LOTS of additions.
Monthly Income: I do not have a monthly income from this site, as google won't let me. Along time ago (about 2-3 years ago) I had a spike in traffic on one of my other sites, and they said I was generating invalid clicks, and won't let me register anything under my name. I did use clicksor for a short time, but I found it to be a waste because I was only getting 50-100 visitors a day, at the time I was using clicksor. But, i'm sure if you can add adsense, clickor, YPN or anything else, you'd make good money - since it's getting good daily traffic.

Because i'm on it right now and it's working fine.
I also asked a few visitors to check it out and see if there was any problem with the page loading and they said no that everything was fine?

where does most of the traffic come from?

 

Over 80% of the traffic comes directly from myspace, as that is where I do most of my advertising.

What stats are you looking for? As I said, i'm new to the whole selling the domain thing.

 

Let's see your referring stats from your web host. It should be your awstats or webalizer, or urchin. If I see some traffic from the SE's I'll be interested.

Yeah those were the stats. Looks like you're showing analog stats of all time referrers, while showing awstats for the month. Any chance to see the awstats referrers for August? I'd like to see if there are any SE referrals.
