  1. #1
    URL: http://www.FullHouseForum.com

Age of site (months): Around 2.5 Months

    Monthly revenue: Roughly $1,050

    Revenue details:

    1) February 20th-February 28th: The site earned about $400
(was new and just got online)

    2) March 1st - March 31st: The site earned about $640 (still
building the forum up, not much promotion)

    3) April 1st - April 30th: The site earned about $1600 (about
    2-4 hours work per day).

As you can see revenue is drastically rising.

Marketing expenses came down to about $60 - 3 banners on a few sites, and
    purchasing traffic.

Most members joined the forum via word of mouth, since poker players
tend to recommend good gambling forums. The key here is offering free
deals for players (e.g. Buy $20 and get an extra $20 in chips, or alternatively
get $2 in free chips with no obligation etc).

The revenue is generated directly through linking to these promotions
using affiliate links, which then pay you directly. Some of the plans are
    percent based, others are CPA.

A couple of the most successful ones we work with currently are:

    1) A CPA plan paying $125 (!) per player. I've had 6 such referrals in
the month of April alone, generating $750 from this affiliate program alone.

    2) The second is a % based plan, through which I earn 35% of the
players' rake points. Through this plan we earned $420 in April alone.

The rest is split over about 29 other affiliate programs, which you could
minimize by getting rid of the small time ones. However, this gives a lot
of variety to our members, hence they are more likely to sign up to the
    offers.

    Monthly page views: Varies

    Traffic details:

This is a tough question - Many of the visitors were purchased very cheap in
bulk, but they did not seem to generate too many membership signups.

Either way - you will receive all promotional details, including where
these visitors have been purchased, so that if you are interested you can
keep advertising there (very low cost - either way).

I will try to get some more accurate traffic details, but keep in mind they
don't really reflect the actual traffic since they will be inflated
    with many low-quality visitors.

The main detail here is the number of new forum signups. In April signups
have been booming. Due to an issue with the hosting, about 80 members out
of the 600 or so we had have been deleted, hence you will not see
signups between April 13th and 29th. However, many of those who signed up
during those dates are contacting us and re-registering, so matters are
    looking great.

Whether those old members are signing up again or not, the forum itself is
    enjoying a very healthy growth.

    Description:

The site is basically a forum, which is used to notify our members of
interesting promotions to which they sign up, hence earning us revenue.

We get these promotions by contacting poker room owners, as well as
    through existing affiliate programs.

As the new owner, you will receive all existing freerolls and such, as well
as information on how to find more interesting offers for your members
    (if you are interested).

The owner dedicated between 2-4 hours a day on average during April,
since a lot of connections and deals needed to be made. You can expect
to dedicate more or less that amount of time if you'd like the forum to grow
(keep in mind it has grown tremendously during the short period it has
existed, so if you keep it at this rate you should be able to develop a sizable
    income).

The key here is not only building more traffic to the site (hence more word
of mouth - as you can see, word of mouth has done wonders with this
forum), but also getting more members to join percent based programs, in
order to keep making residual income from those members.

One of the most untapped sources of revenue with this business is search
engines - no SEO work has been done on the site. If you do take some time
to optimize the site, you should get even better results.

This site would be perfect for anyone who plays online poker, or has owned
gambling related businesses in the past, although anyone with some
adaptive skills and general business knowledge could take over and study
    the business fairly quickly.

    Type of site:

Established and functional website with traffic

Price (or starting bid): 5000 (Slightly over 3 months of revenue!)

Buy It Now: $12,000 (or make an offer via PM - looking for a quick sale)

End date:: Wednesday, May 10th or earlier if BIN is met, or if a lower BIN
    is egotiated via PM

    Is an auction?: Yes

The auction has a low reserve
