Full browser screen or not?

    Just wondering what would you recommend when designing a new site.
    Do you make your sites full screen that fits the screen? specific resolution size? do you make it centered?

    Most of the sites that I've been working on lately were either fluid or 960px wide and centered.

    I'm finding I'm doing more and more fluid sites, but I allow them to shrink to fit 800px screens or there about.
