    MusicNips.com have UNIQUE script, that coded by coder.
    It's have Youtube BOT (that get songs from youtube), or you can to add manually content, also the script have lyrics bot.
    The script play songs from youtube, so you don't need to host any songs.
    All the pages have SEO links/titles, good for promotion in Google.
    In the admin panel you control all the site, add/edit/delete songs, edit advertisements, statistics about the site and more tools.

    I don't use advertisements on this site, so I can't really tell you about earnings, but if you'll use I sure that you will earn good money.

    Adsense Accept this type of site as it's not download songs, only listen to them.

    Who will take the site, will get Rights on the script.
