is there a way to enable full access to all the vb options to a user, much like making a second master admin?

When you set up a user group it asks you if you want that particular group to be admin and have access to acp.

just upload a variation of that icon to the same folder that it is in now, right click on the image, get the image properties and then upload the image you want to replace it with to that directory overwriting it.

one more (sorry, not used to vb) - what is the filepath for VB's default icons for new posts, no new posts, locked thread, etc?
