This beauty is up for sale guys, a fresh, unique design, built on PHP + MySQL, with form validation on signup, backend admin section, add rants, rate rants, comment on rants, admin must pre-approve rants from backend, can edit them and delete them, add/edit/delete news stories from admin cp, private messenging system!! fave rants, etc.

This is 100% html coded and 90% functionality coded. All the features above are existing and working. The user cp and admin cp dont look the prettiest, they havent been designed and won't be, but anyone with photoshop knowledge can work on them from the original psd.

So to finalize, you get a top of the line website, including:

-A unique domain name: fugyoo.com
-an fresh, original design, and original .psd and images for that design
-all existing .php files and folders relevant to the site at the sample url
-a sql dump of the existing database, purged of current records

what is the 10% functionality that remains to be coded? Doest the buyer get exclusive rights and ownership of the script?

What remains to be coded isn't anything really, I was more speaking from a further functionality point of view. The only things of the original list that are somewhat not done are the fields on the add rant form for selecting a company to rant about, it was intended to be a list of uk businesses, and the imgage upload field isn't working but there is the ability to embed image url's and that works.
