    Today, Mike (FuckingAwesome's owner), posted a message on the adult webmaster forum GFY. It is better you read it first before make my comments.

    For about 4 months I promoted them on one of my sites and I made 3 sales. Total $90. Not a big deal. The problem is that when came the time to be paid, they just closed my account. Reason? Fraudulent joins. Yes, just that. Fraudulent joins, without explaining what is fraudulent.

    When I read Mike's message today, I saw that he mentioned about fraudulent joins again and pointing their TOS. So I decided to read the TOS slowly and found what they consider fraudulent.

    • Multiple subscriptions coming from the same I.P. address within a short period of time;
    • Subscriptions by Webmaster's family;
    • Multiple or sequential subscriptions with credit cards which have the same bin number;
    • Multiple subscriptions from the same credit card number;
    • Subscriptions which are cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours of sign-up;
    • Credit card used for subscription is in a "negative" database;
    • Credit card with a bin number which is listed in the "negative" database;
    • A sudden surge in subscriptions from any or all of your sites, when such site(s) suddenly has a drastic increase in subscriptions.

    They want to bust the sites offering high PPS, but they don't really want to pay for it. Of course not. They claim to pay $30 for every valid join, even those $1 one-day trial. If I was an affiliate program manager, I would never offer $30 for every $1 join. This is stupid because most of the people who pay $1 for 1 day, will never rejoin. There is no ROI on this.

    But FuckingAwesome wants to have links and banners to its sites on as many adult sites as possible. It does not mean they will pay you for promoting them. That's why they have those insane stupid points on the TOS.

    - Multiple or sequential subscriptions with credit cards which have the same bin number - Really? So if two different persons that are client of the same bank or credit card issuer decide to join one of the FuckingAwesome sites, is this considered fraudulent?

    - Subscriptions by Webmaster's family; - I don't know how they can check this, but a family member can also be a legit buyer. What? I can promote porn, but my cousin is not allowed to buy?

    - Subscriptions which are cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours of sign-up It is not my problem that you have crap/stolen material. Some people are not stupid and they won't renew the membership after seeing that the site is full of material copied from free porn forums.

    - A sudden surge in subscriptions from any or all of your sites, when such site(s) suddenly has a drastic increase in subscriptions. So the affiliate work hard to send good traffic to a site and this traffic convert very well, and what this affiliate gets is a ban for fraudulent joins?

    The biggest problem is that PPS is a risky program. You never know if the member will spend money again and how much he will spend. Many programs accept this fact and assume the loss. But they never come with crazy rules like this. FuckingAwesome is basically trying to reinvent the concept of PPS, paying only if they have profits. Wanna work like that? Convert all the webmasters to REVS.

    So, when Mike dare to any affiliate to say that he does not pay, he is just ready to point out one of these stupid rules.

    Selling stolen content
    This isn't new. Other affiliates have already mentioned this and warned the copyright holders that FuckingAwesome/Amakings sell stolen content. However, they keep the pictures/videos available on their sites, offering a ridiculous "remove my photo" form. As the pictures were uploaded by someone.

    They not only steal content from others as they also copy material from adult forums. All those perverts who post pictures of their drunk friends or slut girlfriends on free adult forums are just providing material to FuckingAwesome/Amakings.

    And when the picture is not good enough to convince people to join them, they retouch it with PhotoShop to add elements like fake cum. Lame.

    It is funny that he ends his message threating to sue people. For stealing from him? No! For giving their opinion about him and tell how was their experience promoting FuckingAwesome. Trying to silence the people?

    Worth to say that after posting this message, a lot of angry webmasters came out to basically say this program is pure bull....

    Notes:
    - I removed from the message the part that he mentions Marc Womack to make it shorter. I have no idea what he was talking about, so I have nothing to say. If you want, I can post the full message.

    You say that you believe the program is unsustainable at $30 payout for a $1 join and you claim they use stolen content, yet you still promoted the program ?

    I stopped promoting them like 6 months ago, when I found out that they had stolen content.
